Unscrupulous individuals have been known to copy instructors details and pass photos from driving school websites and then clone them on Facebook or other sites to make it appear they are legitimate instructors.

The only guaranteed way to ensure that any instructor is legitimate is to inspect the certificate displayed on the windscreen.

The reverse of this badge will have the instructors name, photograph and six digit number displayed which you can use to additionally confirm with the DVSA if you wish.

Additionally Instructors from XT may have an XT “Topbox” on the roof of the vehicle, and an XT branded polo shirt.
