The success of XT is based on the skills of our instructors and the belief that that passing the Part 3 exam is the start of a journey as an instructor and not the end. We aren't like other companies who let you flounder during your training, we have ex-examiners, and Grade A qualified trainers at the end of the phone to deal with any queries that arise. Don't believe us? Phone any of our ADIs or PDIs and ask them! With XT you have the freedom to be your own boss while benefiting from the XT brand and marketing. There are no licensing fees to pay during your training, and when qualified the costs go straight back into marketing and CPD to benefit you directly.
We provide training for all three qualifying tests, and then ongoing free Standards Check Training to all our instructors once qualified. None of our PDIs have failed to qualify and none have gone to a third attempt,
Location
Count how many Driving School cars from any of the other well-known franchises you see in your area. Why compete with yourself? At XT we believe in quality over quantity. You should be close enough to another XT Instructor for help and support, but we will never allow multiple licensees in an area unless it is clear there is sufficient work.
Develop
All our instructors are expected to work on their own development, by ongoing workshops, advanced driving courses, and related courses such as safeguarding and first aid, many of which we have provided for free or at a discounted rate.
Cost
Many schools contact trainees into long term franchises with expensive weekly fees. At XT we want you to build up your own business model that works for you without the stress of heavy weekly payments. There is minimal expenditure on setup and no weekly fees until you qualify.
